On Friday, 18th October, a health education session was organized for the students of classes 5 and 6 at Mother Veronica Hall, St. Mary’s English Higher Primary School. The session, held at 1:15 PM, was conducted by 3rd-year B.Sc. nursing students from Athena College of Nursing.
The topic of the session was “A Study to Assess the Effectiveness of a Planned Teaching Programme on a Healthy Lifestyle among Children”. The informative gathering aimed to enlighten the students on various components of a healthy lifestyle, including physical activity, personal hygiene, study patterns, sleep habits, and healthy eating practices.
Aditi from class VI-A welcomed the gathering and Shaza Anjum of class VI A expressed gratitude on behalf of the school, delivering the vote of thanks.
