The Christmas season brought joy and festive cheer to St. Mary’s English Higher Primary School as students and staff gathered to celebrate the occasion with great enthusiasm and warmth.

The event was graced by our esteemed chief guest, Mrs. Cynthia Mudarth, whose presence added a special charm to the celebration.

The highlight of the event was the “Joy of Sharing” initiative, where the school community extended their love and care to the destitute residents at White Doves. A special program was conducted for them, spreading the message of compassion and kindness. The students showcased their talents through heartwarming carols, vibrant dances, and thoughtful skits, leaving a lasting impression on everyone present. The vice president and the members of PTA executive committee accompanied the students and teachers to White Doves.

Additionally, in a gesture of gratitude and appreciation, a short program was held to honor and celebrate the efforts of the school auto, van and other drivers, who play an integral role in the lives of our children. This thoughtful acknowledgment reflected the true essence of Christmas — sharing, giving, and expressing love to those around us.

This Christmas is filled with a spirit of joy and togetherness, as the students and staff came together to spread happiness and celebrate the birth of Christ. The event not only brought smiles to the faces of all but also served as a reminder of the importance of empathy, generosity, and community.

St. Mary’s English Higher Primary School remains committed to nurturing these values and ensuring that the spirit of Christmas — love, hope, and sharing — continues to inspire every member of the school family.
