The topic for the session was Nutrition, Health and Hygiene – which are the interconnected aspects that are vital for maintaining overall well-being. The resource person for the same was Mrs. Reena Dsouza, works as an office manager holds an academic background of Masters in Social work along with the specialization in counselling from Roshni Nilaya. Students were explained about components of food, and given tips to maintaining a balance of these three aspects is key to leading a healthy life.
Nishan of class 7B welcomed the gathering and Sasha of class 7A proposed vote of thanks. Students were actively participated throughout the session.
Overall, the program was a great success, fostering awareness about the critical aspects of health and hygiene among the students.
