The PTA Annual General Body meeting of St. Mary’s English Higher Primary School was held on 13 July 2024 in the Mother Veronica Hall. The session was held in two groups KG to Class 3 and Class 4 to 7. The meeting began at 9:15 a.m. and adjourned at 12:30pm.
The meeting began with a prayer song sung by the students.
All the Parents were welcomed by the former PTA Vice-president Mrs. Rekha.
Dr. Deepa Kothari, the resource person was introduced by Tr. Veera.
And the floral welcome was given by the Headmistress Sr. Maisie.
The annual report of PTA 2023 – 24 was presented by Tr. Elizabeth and Tr. Rajini through a PowerPoint presentation.
Dr. Deepa Kothari addresses parents and touched up on topics Mindful Parenting, positive parenting. She also highlighted three C’s namely connect, compliment and communicate. Motivating students by narrating the stories of failure and preparing them to face the failures of their life.
Sr. Gracy the Assistant Headmistress highlighted the school rules.
Tr. Irene conducted the election to form new PTA Executive Committee for the academic year 2024-25.
Vote of thanks was proposed by Tr. Rajini Soans.
The entire meeting was compered by Tr. Shalini Dsouza.
The meeting adjourned with the National Anthem at 12.30pm.
