Investiture Ceremony at St. Mary’s English Higher Primary School 22 June 2024 at 9 a.m.
Welcome to the Investiture Ceremony of St. Mary’s English Higher Primary School, a solemn occasion where leadership and responsibility converge to shape the future of our school community.
This year we proudly announce the inauguration of our new school cabinet, led by the band with a formal march of the cabinet members, along with the dignitaries the chief guest Sr. Violet A.C. and our esteemed headmistress Sr. Maisie A.C. 
The ceremony commenced with a heartfelt prayer service, invoking blessings and guidance for our newly elected leaders and the entire school community. The dignitaries, along with the cabinet animators, SPL and ASPL, participated in the symbolic lightning of the lamp, symbolising the illumination of knowledge and wisdom. 
The Chief guest of the day sister Violet A.C. was welcome and introduced by the cabinet animator Tr. Veera followed by the welcome dance by class 7.
The school Alma mater entrusted the solemn duties of leadership to the newly appointed cabinet, marking a significant milestone in their academic journey. Under the guidance of Sr. Maisie our Headmistress, the members of the cabinet solemnly pledged to uphold the values and principles of St. Mary’s English Higher Primary School as administrated during the oath taking ceremony. With pride and honour the members of the student council received their badges and sashes from the dignitaries, signifying their official induction into their respective roles of responsibility. 
Chief Guest sister Violet A.C. delivered an inspiring message aligned with our school motto, ‘Pure and True’, emphasizing the importance of integrity, dedication and service in leadership. Ayana Muskan the SPL delivered motivational address, encouraging fellow students to strive for excellence, unity and positive change within the school community. Kashvi the Assistant School pupil leader extended gratitude on behalf of the student Council, expressing appreciation to all who contributed to the success of the investiture ceremony.
