St. Mary’s English Higher primary school organized an orientation programme for students of class 6 and 7 on 19 June 2024, in Mother Veronica Hall. 
The topic for the orientation programme was Techniques for managing academics and social stress – the most significant topic among young children. The Resource person for the same was Dr. Sandra Sunitha Lobo, M.Sc, M.Phil, Ph.D. of Roshni Nilaya. Tips and techniques were given by the resource person to overcome the difficulties, students face while stepping towards their goal. Students were actively participated throughout the session. 
The session was informative which helped the students to face the life situations without any fear taking up as a challenge. Resource person was given a floral welcome by Sr. Maisie A.C., the headmistress after a short introduction given by Tr. Veera. Aaron Rithvik Tauro, student of class 7 proposed vote of thanks.
